What the AI costs,
you decide.

AI usage runs on a quota you top up. This is the point where software bills usually become uncomfortable. That is why we describe it openly here.

Quota instead of an open invoice

You top up a credit balance. Only what felix actually computes is drawn against it. When it runs out, the automation stops until you top it up again.

Consumption visible before you trigger it

Inside the system you see, per area, what a workflow consumes, broken down by offer, report and communication.

Warnings at 70, 90 and 100 percent

The hard cap is the default. You can actively switch on automatic top-up if you want to.

Questions about pricing.

Who counts as a user?

Every person with their own login. So a front desk running in shifts needs as many logins as there are people who should work in parallel and be traceable. Anyone who wants the audit log to show who approved what should hand out individual logins instead of shared accounts.

Are there discounts for larger hotels or groups?

Yes. For larger properties and hospitality groups we calculate individually. We agree the details in the workshop and offer, tailored to your user count and your starting area.

Is there a setup fee?

That depends on the scope: data migration, integrations and training are priced by effort. We give you the order of magnitude in the workshop, before anything is signed.

How long am I locked in?

The minimum term is 12 months. After that it is cancellable monthly.

Why is there no total price for my property here?

Because it depends on three things: number of users, chosen starting area and the setup effort. We work that through with you so you get a reliable total instead of a headline figure.

Let us work
your case through.

Number of users, starting area, service tier. In the meeting you get a total figure you can work with internally.
